Verification of Quality Documents as per the procedures and country requirements.
* Ensuring that the VOC Kenya, Saudi Arabia SASO, Kuwait KUCAS, Tanzania, Ghana,
Zimbabwe, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Zanzibar, Iraq files are in compliance with the SOP and
understanding the scope of work and compliance requirement as per applicable standards.
* Registering product on saber portal and help the client to get the SASO certificates.
* Implementation of VOC (Verification Of Conformity) procedure and instructions.
* Check inspection reports once received and ask for corrective actions, if required.
* Monitor performance of inspectors with regard to the quality and accuracy of inspection reports.
* Coordination between the Inspection Activities and Technical/Commercial activities.
* Manage operations & perform to the customers & clients expectations.
* Close contact with Clients especially in case of claims / Inspection team / Commercial team.
* Explain technical issue to exporter/importers, if required.
* Ensure implementation of QMS in the area of responsibility corporate standards (e.g. Code of
Ethics, BV Values, corporate identity, policies, procedures
