Coordinates with all the departments on all the purchase requests received in the system.
Process purchase orders in the system and ensures that correct quantity. Obtains quotations for every purchase request as per purchasing strategy. Create price comparison sheet for better price and takes approval from supervisor. Obtains all management approvals for finalized supplier and prepare purchase orders according to purchase request. Follow up orders placed in day to day basis and track orders and scheduled delivery with drivers, suppliers or freight forwarders. Manage all communication with all vendors and track all orders and resolve issues on same and assist to obtain all raw materials. Any other purchasing works related assigned by purchasing manager. Maintains and updates filing system within the department like purchase request, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and accounts department submitted files.
