1-Working as Senior Relationship Manager Payroll section In Al tawar Branch Dubai Islamic Bank known as one of the most growth and successful banks in the entire U.A.E.
Job Profile:

•Responsible for my team into prepare the monthly plan and closing deals.
•Responsible for my team in order to organize the submissions, CM documents, CM verification,
•Checking sales quality.
•Helping my team members to achieve the team target Break the Ice: calling the company to build relationship Preparation of annual review of customers’ accounts, facility requirements, and submission of proposals to HO for necessary approval.
•Marketing of new accounts and cross selling other Bank’s products to existing customers.
•Maintaining a friendly and strong working relationship will all clients within my portfolio at decision-making levels in order to maximize business and utilization of limits.
•Mainly specialized in Real Estate finance in the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, however my portfolio also included Commercial establishments with diversified business activities in Manufacturing and Construction to name a few.
•Acted as an adviser to my clients on recent market trends and developments especially in the Real Estate markets.
•Ensured the existence, validity and legality of all requisite facility, loan and account documentation, security documentation and collateral deemed necessary to secure/ protect the bank's position in accordance with the terms and conditions of the credit approvals.
•Approval and servicing on a daily basis of all customer issues related to my portfolio
•Convincing the customer : explain the benefits of our product & how much he/she will gain from this product
•Follow up : calling customers after the documents approval and confirming the customers details & inform him/her again how to use our product
