Established and lead the Legal & Compliance function from the early stage of the company’s formation, supporting the development of governance, regulatory compliance, and operational frameworks.
 Provide strategic legal leadership for the establishment of advanced server manufacturing operations, supporting factory fit-out, machinery procurement, and operational readiness in close coordination with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

 Manage legal affairs and dispute matters, including employment-related claims, customer disputes, and contractual issues, and support amicable resolution and mediation where appropriate to protect the company’s interests.
 Lead the registration and protection of the company’s commercial name and product trademarks across multiple jurisdictions, including GCC countries,
Turkey, and selected Eastern European markets, ensuring effective protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights.
 Provide legal guidance to senior management on corporate governance, regulatory risk, and operational strategy, supporting the company’s expansion and manufacturing activities.
 Manage external counsel and coordinate legal support across corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.

 Lead and manage legal strategies across the GCC and MEA regions, ensuring compliance with regional laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
 Oversee legal matters related to business operations, including contract negotiations, partnerships, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property management.
 Manage cross-border legal issues, including commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and litigation across the Middle East and Africa.
 Provide counsel on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while supporting business initiatives in the region.
 Lead legal strategy and negotiations for major commercial partnerships, distribution arrangements, and market expansion initiatives across the GCC and MEA regions, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory frameworks and corporate objectives.
 Work closely with senior management and external counsel to handle high-level legal proceedings, including arbitration and regulatory inquiries.
 Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving local regulations, offering guidance to internal stakeholders on legal obligations.
 Develop and implement policies and processes to enhance legal compliance across the MEA and GCC regions.
 Lead negotiations on complex commercial contracts and ensure alignment with business goals.

 Conduct in-depth research and assess various risk factors related to business decisions and operations to ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
 Implement effective risk management strategies and provide proactive legal advice to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
 Liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders, including regulators, external counsel, and public authorities, fostering relationships built on trust and transparency.
 Participate in the negotiation and legal coordination of strategic partnerships and sponsorship agreements, including Vivo’s official sponsorship arrangements related to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
 Monitor and address potential infringements of the company’s intellectual property and coordinate with external counsel to protect the company’s brand and assets.
 Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring protection of the company’s legal rights and interests.
 Provide legal advice to internal business units on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and operational matters.
 As part of the Middle East headquarters, provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions (including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon).

 Provide legal counsel on labor law, contracts, corporate governance, administrative law, and civil/commercial procedures.
 Draft and review legal documents (memoranda, contracts, corporate resolutions) and represent the company before relevant authorities.

 Support entity establishment and license renewals (DED, JAFZA, DMCC, DAFZA) including MOA amendments and corporate filings.

 Acted as legal advisor at one of the well-established law firms in the UAE, representing high-profile local and international clients, both corporate and individual, across a broad range of legal matters.
 Manage litigation cases end-to-end across civil, commercial, criminal, rental, and personal status matters, including case analysis, legal strategy, pleadings, evidence preparation, hearings, and enforcement of judgments.
 Represent clients before UAE courts, Public Prosecution, police authorities, and judicial departments across all Emirates, handling court orders such as travel bans, precautionary attachments, arrest orders, and other judicial measures.
 Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements, and follow up enforcement procedures before the Execution Courts.
 Handle cases from initial legal consultation and police or prosecution stage through litigation proceedings until final judgment and execution.
 Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and court departments to ensure proper case management and procedural compliance.
 Manage the registration of trademarks, commercial agencies, and related legal filings before the Ministry of Economy, and handle associated free-zone regulatory procedures.
 Registered as a Legal Specialist with the UAE Ministry of Justice, Dubai Courts, and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD).

 Oversee legal affairs and personnel matters, handle complaints, and follow up transactions with DHA, MOHRE, economic departments, and municipalities.
