Handle support tickets Using BMC Remedy Application effectively and promptly until resolution while keeping customers informed regularly.
Complete all assigned tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Procurement Departments and external suppliers as necessary.
Ensure personal development and certification target according to department needs and business growth.
Perform after-hours maintenance and upgrades as required.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Team Members.
Perform Other duties as assigned by Management.
Travelling As Per The Issues Or The Assigned Task .
