•Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
•Devising and maintaining office systems.
•Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
•Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
•Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
•Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
•Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

•Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.
•Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required.
•Making De-registration of Afghan citizens on the software provided by NADRA.
•Troubleshooting hardware/ software related issues, as and when required.
•Working on the project (SCAC) ‘Secure Cards for Afghan Citizens
•Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases
•Maintain data files accurately.
•Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.
•Making registration of Afghan citizens on the software provided by NADRA.
•Troubleshooting hardware/ software related issues, as and when required.
•To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with school procedure.
•Keep track of students' educational progress and performance
•Monitor student fee dues and attendance
•Maintain databases relating to students and their academic progress.
•Assist teachers and staff in providing simulative learning experiences to students.
•Ensure compliance of school guidelines, principles, laws and rules.
