Responsible for Creating a manpower plan with each department
• Prepares job offers to selected candidates
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle the selection process for junior non-technical and technical positions
• Evaluate company rules and monitoring the application of policies and procedures and suggesting
amendments as required.
• Providing timely notification to Directors and Managers when employee performance appraisals are due.
Ensuring performance
• Finalizing all procedures related to obtaining work permits for foreign experts, consultants and employees at
the Ministry of Manpower and Manpower Directorates.
• Convey HR policies, methods and related activities along with follow up and respond to Team Member issues
• Responsible for all personnel issues
• Monitor all the labor law related issues and employees contract renewals.
• Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurances)
• Responsible for Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Manage all the work injuries cases with the social insuranc
• Update and maintain all personnel records appropriately.
