Key Tasks
- Develop customer intimacy and maintain excellent relation with accounts
- Handling all accounts and customer’s needs
- Coordinating with the required personnel and other divisions to cover customer needs
- Expand the company’s customers network by initiating new contacts and potentials
- Handle quotations, proposals and negotiations
- Customer consultancy
- Establishing technical meetings between customers and internal technical team
- Handle pre-sales role for Cisco servers infrastructure
- Completing all required certifications on given products

- Training new team members
