Missions :
• Project management: Implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Quality monitoring of products from different processes: Assembly, Marking, Mechanical
Machining.

compliance.
• Pilot a daily meeting between the pilots of different processes to share information on the progress
of the production planning in order to anticipate and eliminate the risks of encountering internal or
external problems.
• Send complaints to external service providers in case of receipt of non-compliant products or
supplies and monitor their treatment and finally assess external service providers according to well-
defined criteria: quantity, quality, compliance with deadlines, etc.
• Industrialization of new projects:
* Preliminary project study: type of installation (input / output flow), preparation of manufacturing
files, range of controls, range of packaging.
* Lead the kick-off meeting and Attend staff training
* Measure cadence, cycle time and make the necessary improvements "KAIZEN" by eliminating
wastes "Muda" while keeping the client informed of each progress for validation.
• Prepare audits and customer visits by developing action plans and communicate them to customers
with reports.
• Carry out dimensional checks using the various means of measurement “3D: CMM,
2D: Measuring microscope, calliper, Comparator…”to finally develop metrology reports to be sent to

us to identify the risks that may appear at each stage and take the necessary preventive action
and all this using the FMEA tool (Failure mode and effects analysis).
➢ Develop the monitoring plan to strengthen the control of critical characteristics of the
process.
➢ Launching of the injection test after having trained the adjusters and the controllers.
➢ Sampling of 5 consecutive pieces for dimensional control and then sampling of 30 pieces
separated in terms of time which will be used for the capability study (Cpk and PPM).
➢ Carry out “R&R” repeatability & reproducibility studies to analyze the different types of
variance (operator, machine, part; interactions)
➢ Respect the deadlines set with the clients on the GANTT diagram
➢ Prepare, Track and Analyze average and range Control Charts as soon as mass production
is launched.
