Responsibilities;
I greet potential clients, offering advice and giving them 100% customer service to them at all points.
Helping hesitant customers make a decision, give them advice and close sales.
Preventing store thefts and reporting to upper management.
Prepare invoices thoroughly, receive cash and card payment at the POS(cashier)
Prepare and submit the daily sales report to the shop-in charge
Participate in all stock taking exercises. Do pricing of all products and put security tag on them.
Ensure prominent display of all advertising and POS material in shop.
Arrange pains, oils and spare parts to always be in good standards and do up selling and cross selling to match most customer's need.
Contact customers for some new stocks answer phone calls and close some sales on phone.
