• Supervised installation of Static and rotating equipment for the site Emergency Diesel Generator plant 9 Megawatt &total weight 400 Ton.
• Supervised piping work for Diesel generator plant (Cooling water system, compressed air system, fuel oil system, lubes oil system, exhaust system).
• Following erection of the Diesel generator steel structure and wall panel cladding.
• Following final inspection work for Tie in & interconnecting pipe rack steel structure (Install missing bolts, splice plates, grating Toe plate and handrail).

1. Observe work operations and check process parameters to insure performance is productive, safe, and of highest quality.
2. Ensure accurate daily reports and critical information is documented and completed regularly and timely.
3. Review the project in-depth with as-built drawings and P&ID diagrams.
4. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
5. Coordinate and communicate with Subcontractor Project Engineers and Superintendents.
6. Planning, procuring, and managing the installation of the exposed mechanical piping and process equipment work associated with for new projects.

1. Design all piping system for Pharmaceutical plant (steam, compressed air, water treatment piping).
2. Prepare AutoCAD Drawings.
3. Prepare P&ID Drawings
4. Prepare design documentation as Technical offer, Functional Specification.

1. Maintains efficient operation and maintenance for water desalination stations.
(High pressure pumps, Ro membranes, submersible pumps, filters, chemical dosing systems - Control system- Generators).
2. Perform the required predictive and preventive maintenance for all kind of pumps.
(Single stage & multi stages, vertical & horizontal, fixed and variable speed centrifugal pumps).
3. Perform the required operation and maintenance for the lifting pumping station and city
Water distribution network.

1. Design and Supervised mechanical & utilities work for Ampoule and large volume factories.
(Steam piping with Boilers- Compressed air piping with free oil compressors - Air conditioning Ducts with Air Handling units - Chilled &Raw water pipes with chillers and circulation pumps).
2. Commission and perform Qualification tests (IQ) & (OQ) & (PQ) with Bosch german Engineer for:
• Water treatment Station with Pure Steam Generator, Distillation Unit and distribution system from
Bosch Pharmatec Company.
• Automatic Preparation and storage system with integrated CIP/SIP systems for pharmaceutical
liquids from Bosch Pharmatec Company.
• Manufacturer machines (washing, tunnel filling, Autoclaves) for Pharmaceutical products.
3. Diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs.
4. Communicate with equipment vendors and technical consultants to resolve complex
Issues and revision new project designs).
