• Led the facilitation of Digital Transformation Implementation Plans for 22 TVET Colleges.
• Foundational research conducted on the readiness status for Digital Transformation within the TVET Sector at 50 public TVET colleges.
• Strengthening the capabilities of 140 vocational educators to incorporate a Just Transition approach into Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and employment advocacy.
• Design and execution of four pilot educational initiatives within the Just Transition framework for integration into vocational education systems for 300 TVET Teachers and 2000 students.
