Tour Operator: manage and fix tour packages and itineraries for online customers, and to solve problems and technical issues online or on phone.
Tour Leader: responsible for the group of customers starting by welcoming and greeting them at the airport then going to hotel for accommodation, also to make sure that everything is just like the booked itinerary, also to solve problems on spot
