• Working as a designated expert engineer focused on isolating, analyzing, and resolving chronic issues for High Tier Telecom environments (BT, Vodafone, STC, and Aramco) to provide pro-active, re-active service.
• Responsible for solving complex, strategic, high profile and long running cases that may require deep interaction with variety of Cisco units as Business Units, Software developers or account teams.
• Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
• Playing as customer's escalation point of contact.
• Handling multiple enterprise networks in terms of Core Networking (Routing and switching), Network Security (Firewalls, IPS), Data Centers (ACI, NX-OS, Storage and Computing) and IPT Networks.
• Presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for external stakeholders to present SLAs/KPIs.
• Lead communications related to design changes and proposing new sales opportunities accordingly.
• Design end-to-end solutions while co-innovating with customers and aligning with cisco capabilities.
• Understand clients' IT ecosystems and suggest improvements.
• Oversee the architecture design of internal and external components to ensure business value.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including equipment preparation for demos and proofs of concept.
• Manage solution lifecycle with stakeholders, clients management and Cisco account teams.
• Ensure all requirements are met, exceptions justified, and signed off.

- LAN technologies (VTP, VLAN, 802.1Q, ISL, Etherchannel, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSTP, ACL, NAT, PAT).
- Working knowledge of Cisco Routers 7200, 7600.
- Hands on experience on Cisco firewalls ASA 5510, 5520.
- Upgrading IOS of all Cisco routers and switches to fix issues with older releases.
- Implement VLAN Based Solution & ACL as per customer requirements.
- Cat6k Switch.
