Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking projects deliverables. Identfy effeciencies within the operation which will be dealt as projects impacting all plants' production lines (in feed mill and slaughter house mainly), that results in cost savings, bebefits and customer satisfaction.

• Establish, implement and monitor general policies, plans and programs that are related to all departments at the factory level. to manage the plant operations (priorities & sequences) by monitoring the progress & status of the assigned tasks and to ensure that product integrity is maintained and quality standard met & to create future periodical production plans.
• Coordinate with Management for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance supply and all types of repairs.
• Recruit & Sponsor the maintenance team.
• Translate policies, objectives, & strategies of the factory into short, medium, and long-term plans and programs, to prepare a comprehensive maintenance plans to include all factory’s parts & Preventive, Corrective & Predictive maintenance and annual shut down.
• Coordinate and attend regular site meetings (with the client and the main contractor) to maintain a healthy relationship throughout the contract’s lifetime.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and integrate them in the production plan to decrease breakdowns. Then review corrective maintenance work reports and evaluate them.
• Control production cycles; production department, warehousing, quality control, costing, human resources, sales and logistics
• Develop action plan that includes the project’s requirements for materials, equipment, machinery, labor, etc. To ensure that any possible delays or issues are dealt with in a timely manner and at minimum cost..
• Conduct routine inspection of plant machinery, then create Data sheets and Log Files, to troubleshoot all issues & problems, all spare parts used & all applied maintenance operations, during the running period.
• Conduct Researches to develop the factory’s production capacity, operations & production quality. Through intensive collaboration with the VAN AARSEN expertise..
• Reading machines, equipments manuals and consult with the manufactures & suppliers to ensure high work efficiency..
• Preparing & supervising the installation of factories (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping & Wiring) & running its machines. Through applying the proper technical methods that are compatible with the production plan and match its requirements.
• Inspecting & monitoring the involved after sale services (maintenance, spare parts, etc), included in the relevant contract’s duration & responsibilities.
• Write User & Technical manuals for each factory to be able to maintain and trouble shoot its operational flow.
Achievements Details:
• Supervised the Installation, ran & handed over a 10 ton/h Feed Mill Factory (Palletized & expanded chicken Food), in Amman, and handed it over to the client (Senokrot Co).
• Supervised the Installation, ran & handed over a 7 ton per hour Palletized Organic and Organo Mineral Fertilizer Factory, in Jordan (Jordan International Industries Co.).
• Supervised the Installation of a three 22X12 grain bins (Silos) for an Oil Company (Al-Itehad Group), in Jordan, with a capacity of a 3 thousand ton per silo of Sun Flower grains. Also, ran the whole system (50 meters Bucket Elevator with Chain Conveyors & the Augurs) and then handed over the system to the client.
• Supervised the Installation of a 750kg per hour Bulgur (Wheat) Factory, in Jordan, then ran the machine and handed it over to the client (Al-Khudary Bulgur Factory).
• Supervised the Installation of a 12-ton per hour Feed Mill Factory (Palletized Chicken Food), in Palestine, with a four-22X19 grain bins (Silos) with a capacity of 6 thousand ton per silo of corn (Palestine Poultry Co.).
• Supervised the installation ran & handed over a 35 m3/h Batch Plant for Al-Ja’afar Co., in Al-Tafila.
• Supervised the installation ran & handed over a 5 ton/hour Palletized feed mill chicken food for Suliman Alamayrah Co. in Bala’mah-Irbid.
Supervise the installation, ran and handed over 10 ton/hour feed mill chicken food for Al Jazera Co. in Al Mafra’ - Jordan.
*Being responsible for Production Management on site (production & maintenance).
