• In close liaison with operations management, evaluates & monitor effectiveness of training within the region, monitor the pre and post training evaluation process.
• Manage, coach & develop one’s own team. Ensure training quality outcomes.
• Manage the activities & quality of presentation of the Training officers. Deliver "Train the Trainer" program & coach the T.O’s to ensure high standard of Training delivery.
• Ensure delivery of training programs as per pre planned calendar.
• Deliver customer service & Retail store management training to all new and existing employees within the region.
• Review suitability of existing programs & make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop content of the programs in consultation & advice from regional HRBP, to meet the needs of operations / functional departments.
• Responsible for measurement & evaluation of training delivery within the region for all programs, to ensure high professional standards are maintained.
