Responsible for managing the PM, Servicing, Repairing, Quality Assurance, Budget & Cost and Productivity of the machines and equipments in Jeddah & Riyadh branch.
My role was to run the machines & equipments in a good condition by applying the preventive maintenance schedule, finish the corrective maintenance in the fastest time with less cost and manage the team and spare parts warehousing.
My duty was to handle the department in both branches as follows:
-- Planning and Management:-
* One of the Key companies who established the Factory by acquiring the most high tech machines for fully automated reinforcement steel services.
* Planning and studying the budgeting for Construction of Company and New Plant.
* Select the machines and equipments needed for the plant and Calculate the electricity.
* Distributing the machinery location to reduce the movement through production and store and delivery.
* Settled partnership agreement with Filed World Leader for the Machines suppliers and Raw materials in Europe/Middle Est/Asia and Local distributor.
* Hired the employees for the Maintenance & Production departments by communicating with employment agencies in Philippians, India, Pakistan.
* Visiting our suppliers in Italy, France to test the machines and scheduling the installation scope.
* Preparing the Monthly Preventive Maintenance Schedule and following it on a daily basis.
* In - Charge of the machines and equipments inside/outside the company.
-- Operation:-
* Repairing the High Risk problems and supervision all procedure needed.
* Coordinate with suppliers (foreign and local) to apply the warranty specified if facing any manufacturers defect.
* Organized & controlled daily maintenance activities.
* Find and implement solutions to cut repairing costs by applying th MPR system to controll the volumes of the purchased spare parts.
* Train the Labor to operate the machines according to manufactuer instruction and Safety Rules.
* Mid of 2007 I be a project manager for the new branch in Riyadh and my duty were: preparing the contracts, follow-ups the payment facility, shipments status, building construction, scheduling the installation scope with supplier, testing the machines up to finish the machinery certificates and training our team.
* Beginning of 2008, I am in charge of Contracts and Purchasing dept. to implement the Studying the contracts of raw materials and machinery, and preparing the comparative sheet.
* Handling Capex according to the budget parameters.
* Ensuring the highest standard of equipment by effective implementation of Safety polices (H.S.E.-Health, Safety and environment).
* Developing the quality procedures for machines and equipments.
* Evaluate the facility's operating processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Maximize the cost-effectiveness of production operations through sound planning, the efficient operation of machines, and minimum overtime.
My duty was to handle the LV projects from acknowledment up to installation scope.
* Prepare the contract according to agreement terms of order acknowledgment.
* Prepare the requirement list of raw materials and parts needed for the Job.
* Check the materials & parts stock with warehouse.
* Issuing the MPR for the remaining components and coordinate with Purchasing Dept. to ordering it and select the transportation method based on the jod delivery date.
* Follow up the raw materials situtation until deliverance.
* Scheduling the Job in the production dept. according to job delivery Date, receiving of materials and factory's schedule.
* Inspection the job in the QC dept. and coordinate with sales dept. & customer.
* Finishing all delivery scope after get the Finance det. acceptance.
* Finishing the installation scope to get the job certificate and submitting it to sales dept.
* May 2004 I be a L.V. Project Manager for Non-ARAMCO customer and I managed many huge projects like: Al-Sirafi Mall in Jeddah, Carlo Gavazi projects, Al-Rashed Mall in Damam and Al-Suaiba substation (Low Voltage).
* Prime Design Engineer.
* Applying the Privintive Maintenance schedule.
* Repair the low current problems (PLC, Inverter, Sensor, …etc.).
* Electrical Site Engineer for the plant.
