Managing the Department of Social Insurance and Pensions, dealing with colleagues and heads, and implementing private and public administrative instructions and directives in implementation of the company's directives to preserve human resources while empowering to achieve its goals and the goals of workers and society efficiently and effectively.
1- Dealing with the National Authority for Social Insurance and applying the regulations and laws governing work, starting with Law No. 79 of 1975 and ending with Law No. 148 of 2019 and the executive regulations governing, which included the duties of the insurance agency in full with public business sector companies.
2- Dealing with the General Authority for Health Insurance Health Insurance and applying the regulatory decisions from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority No. 775 of 2008 and Law No. 2 of 2018 The Comprehensive Health Insurance Law and its implementing regulations.
3- Implementing the Public Business Sector Companies Law No. 203 of 1991 and its amendments to Law 185 of 2020.
4- Dealing with the Ministry of Manpower and the application of Law No. 12 of 2003 and its amendments, and the organizing executive regulations.
Fulfill all necessary documents and documents from workers and employees to complete their procedures with government agencies, follow-up of the safety of the insurance situation of the company’s employees.
Responsibility for contacting potential clients and sports clubs, presenting proposals and leading negotiations to reach the best possible business outcome.
Responsible for reviewing the financial, administrative and accounting files
