Job description:- As recruiter:-
- sourcing potential candidates through the right channels.
- working on reducing the yield ratio to improve the selection ratio and hiring the right candidates.
As Personnel:-
- dealing with labor and social insurance offices with full awareness about the laws due to my knowledge and experience in the field.
- building a strong relationship with government authorities, such as labor and social insurance authorities, to solve any issues or problems that related to employees.
- Due to my Experience and academic studies, I was capable of handling most of the disputes that faces the company with the governmental authorities.
As payroll specialist:-
- making monthly attendance & payroll sheet. And Hands over salaries to employees (cash, then via bank)
- make the payroll sheet on monthly basis for the employees and responding gently and welcomingly to the employees inquiries about their payroll, HR letters, and other inquiries.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- handling the hiring and termination procedures.

- follow the attendance in 10+ sites with 200+HC, making monthly attendance & payroll sheet.
- make the payroll sheet on monthly basis for the employees and responding gently and welcomingly to the employees inquiries about their payroll, HR letters, and social or medical insurance inquiries.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- handling the hiring and termination procedures.
- In addition to working on Odoo ERP Sys.

- Dealing with labor and social insurance offices with full awareness about the laws
- Do personnel tasks, keep employee files updated, make job description for employees, attendance, Payroll additions and deductions handling.
- Provide periodic reports about employee’s absence, vacations and sick leave.
- Recruiting, cv screening and filtration to provide shortlisted applicants.
- Handle the hiring and termination procedures.
- Investigate if there was any case requires investigating.
