Devise organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

• Establish a business transformation strategy with Microsoft partners through modifying a business model, assessing partner’s nature of business, balancing businesses’ cash flow and training employees. This includes but isn’t limited to customer objection handling, demonstrating products, enhancing knowledge.
• Building marketing plans with partners through online digital marketing campaigns, publishing Ads, inviting to on-site events and webinars and sharing best practices.
• Training and developing staff to deliver cloud solutions & motivating the sales forces with gestures such as the cloud business incentives.
• Hold and invite Microsoft partners to events and boot camps to overview & on-board on Microsoft Cloud business transformation and attract businesses to move on to the cloud business complying with the Microsoft “Mobile first, cloud first” strategy.
Sell Action works with leading brands like Microsoft & Cisco and IBM. I am currently the head of the training department in Egypt office.
