- Strategic materials procurement as per agreed SOP.
- Reducing supply risks, through mitigation and analysing KPI.
Responsible for procurement and sourcing of all materials for cast resin transformers and distribution oil for Egypt and other five regional factories.
Maintaining POF KPI to align with business strategies.
Increase communications with our factories and enhance supplier focus management.
Planning for risks and validating contingency plans for suppliers’ database.
Defining and evaluating proper supply network for every region we operate (Syria, Sudan, Nigeria, Algeria and Zambia).
Initiating improvements assessments and suppliers sustainability control.
- Responsible for the inspection of Clients’ Equipments as per the
applicable standards and procedures.
- Third Party Inspections and Quality Control/Quality Assurance for oil and
gas Clients.
- Expediting Inspection Test Plans.
- Responsible for Preparing Quality Management System within my
company, Follow up of Implementation of QMS.
- Working under the Umbrella of Many Inspection Bodies such as: ABS,
GL, and TUV NORD.
- Working under the Umbrella of ITEX Quality Services (Italy) as a Local
Representative in the UAE for expediting their projects in the UAE.
- Doing NDE Tests under supervision such as (Magnetic Particle, Dye
Penetrate, Ultrasonic Inspection and Radiography Results Interpretation).
Customer survey & direct sales management. Customer visits & calls. Market surveys & studies. Creating Customer Lists including their profiles, contacts & bending deals.
Responsible for maintenance, diagnosing, repairs for earth moving equipments.
Making quotations & spare parts orders upon customer demands.
Graduated with overall grade of good & my graduation project was graded excellent
