Profile Summary:
•Currently holding a position of IT Support / Technical Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operation, support of complete IT systems, networks / infrastructure, telephony systems, CCTV systems throughout the group companies. (Handling 7 group companies including of hotels & hotel apartments, restaurant & coffee shops, interior decoration, wood factory, warehouse & contracting).
•Serve as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
•Preparing Capital Expenditure (CapEx), Operational Expenditure (OpEx) budgets, evaluate and study new systems as per the group requirements, cost controlling of IT operational expenses.
•Monitoring and reviewing the IT related issues through IT Service desk and ensures that the best industry practices and standard procedures are followed.
•Monitors the organization's operational requirements, research strategies and technology solutions and builds the most cost-effective and efficient system.
•Managed a team of 6 personnel with varied cultural, lingual and professional backgrounds in 24x7 supports environment. Responsible to maintain shift operation in different locations.
•Complete team management function such as performance analysis, resource scheduling, and allocating task among team members and leave management.
•Fully understand of legal requirements / guidelines for the business entity in terms of IT governance & security set by govt. authorities MCC (Ministry of monitoring & control center) DPS (Department of Protective System) in the UAE.
•Provide off-hours support on an infrequent, but as required on site. (Available over the phone 24x7).

-Coordination with IT vendors for implementing security related IT projects.
-Monitoring the USB ports that are blocked and maintain those having access to USB ports due to business requirements.
-Assist the development of security tool requirements, trials, and evaluations, as well as security operations procedures and processes.
-Maintaining and updating relevant system and process documentation & develop ad-hoc reports as needed.

1.Reduce cost of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) by 40% by proper change management and planning.
2.Successful up-gradation from Windows 2008R2 to Windows 2012R2 AD (19 Servers in all the properties).
3.VDI implementation across group level - Mixture of Terminal Services & Desktop Virtualization.
4.Successful up-gradation from wired network to wi-fi in all public areas.
5.Implement centralized Digital Signage System to display world time zone & advertising.
6.Successful up-gradation in 3 phases from analogue cameras to IP cameras including new infrastructure of cabling / switching & racks. Installation of 800 IP cameras, 18 video management servers & 800 TB Storage
7.Implement centralized access control system across all the properties to limit the authorization of the staff to respective locations.
8.Implementation of Secure VPN tunnels between all the branches for a group level reporting and billings.
9.Installation of Passport Scanning Systems in all hotels and integrated with CID system.
10.Build a secure cloud based storage system and maintains it on group level for archives of important data
