LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
• Follow up with principals, agents and local service providers on tracking and handling of shipments based on pre-alerts/booking confirmations received.
• Effective communication with agents and principals based on job requirements.
• Ensure that quality service if provided to all customers with consistency at all times internal and external and by maintaining sound rapport with all customers, suppliers/agents and Principals office staff/account handlers as appropriate.
