Team Management of a group of Analysts processing law enforcement information
requests
▪ Management of the team to achieve SLAs, meet financial targets and be compliant with
all controls, while ensuring we are nurturing a great place to work for our people and

▪ Coordinating and collaborating with agents to be successful.
▪ Interpret day to day business objectives.
▪ Ensure proper execution of processes by team.
▪ Review all client requests for clarity, provide clear work directions, determine the level
of assistance required and respond appropriately.
▪ Demonstrate an ability to quickly become proficient expert in client processes and
related systems to effectively perform responsibilities.
▪ Make decisions about the day to day operation of the group, including management of
work assignments and information between shifts as well as approach regarding
workload, equipment, staffing, and scheduling. Includes adjusting work hours as
necessary to meet deadlines, e.g., overtime, holiday, and or weekend hours.
▪ Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide
development opportunities, when available, with assistance from workforce planner.
▪ Review metrics and reporting regularly and conduct weekly quality assurance meetings
with client.
▪ These meetings will review quality level on outgoing work e.g., proof data entry,
correspondence, and other tasks within the immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy,
and consistency.
▪ Identify and assist with the development of support materials for team use, e.g., training
materials, role aids, and views in databases.
▪ Prepare and analyze complex reports information and formulate conclusions.
▪ Identify opportunity areas for improvement in people, process, technology to support
optimizing the workflows of this team.

Maintains accounts receivable records including weekly activity logs and collections
reports
▪ Contacts key customers with delinquent accounts Mails or emails invoice copies and
statements of account for customers, as requested Processes credit card payments and
refunds as needed Files payment backup, reports and schedules Researches and
processes customer claims of invoice payment
▪ Analyzes account credits for application Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries
▪ Assists with team management functions and team training
▪ Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers to update accounts Send form letters to
customers to collect delinquent accounts Determines reasons for overdue payment
Assists with related special projects, as required by management Assists with other
duties as assigned by AR Manager

Analyzing client requests and thorough data analysis to satisfy their requirements
