• Creating new accounts for new customers, and updating existing ones
• Closing the cashier at the end of the day
• Doing the recap for all the transactions done during the day and sending it to the HQ
• Greeting visa applicants and checking their appointments
• Taking in visa applications and checking all papers and documents are as per embassy rules and regulations
• Closing the cashier of the day on behalf of the embassy
• Doing biometrics processes for applicants as per embassy requirements
• Attending to embassy meetings when necessary
• Dealing with new and existing customers concerning Cedar Miles
• Creating and updating Cedar Miles accounts for all customers
• Receiving customers personally, calls, and emails and address all their needs
• Participating in MEA seasonal advertisements
• Working first-hand on customer cards’ creation and ensuring they are delivered, on time, and in the correct demanded location
