Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery of unit projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects as assigned.
• Participating in initiating project, Identifying and matching needs as per contracted.
• Participating defining scope, creating WBS and preparing the project plan.
• Participating in contracting & selection of services, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise.
• Ensuring all resources (Manpower and material) are provided as planned.
• Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.
• Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
• Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
• Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager.
• Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Following up forgien and domestic purchases, shipping, logistics and customs regulations.
• Supported sales opportunities with almost 15 M EGP.
Achievements:
• Supply and installation of Honeywell Fire & Gas Alarm system for SUMED crude oil storage facility at Al-Ain Al-Sukhna. (Project Value: 315k USD).
• Supply and installation of Draeger Fire & Gas Alarm system for GUPCO (Suez Gulf petroleum Company).(Project value: 700k GBP).
Supply and installation of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation & Communication system for Al-Hassa irrigation project Zone 6.(Project value: 27M SAR)

- End User: Al Hassa irrigation and drainage Authority.
3- Project Name: Supply and installation of Automation system for chillers at king Faisal Hospital in Riyadh.
- Project Value: 315k SAR.
- Customer: Honeywell Turki Arabia LTD.
- End User: King Faisal Specialized Hospital.
4- Project Name: Supply and installation of Fiber optic cable at Mahfooza water reservoir in Abha.
- Project value: 155k SAR.

Responsibilities:
• Performing installation, Undertook Preventive maintenance and service works for both T&M equipment and educational labs.
• Training customers on supplied test equipment mainly OTDRs, Site masters, optical fusion splicers and educational labs.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by providing services, training and technical support.
Achievements:
• Installation of Renewable energies lab (solar concentrator) at Cairo University.
• Performed FTTH measurments for AL Gouna Hotels (GE-PON) fiber network.
• Participated in installation of power measurment Lab. For Miraco carrier factory in Abu Rawash, which Included power meters and data Acquisition Units.
• Installation of Autotronics Lab for Ministry of Education technical institute.
