Project: Al-Jouf Airport Development Project, / KSA Al-Jouf.

Responsibilities:
• Review design and approve the shop drawings, Material Submittals submitted by contractors with respect to the project Design, Specification and Standards of Practice.
• Inspect the MEP systems as installed by the Contractor and ensure that the installations are completed in accordance with the tender documents and as per the approved MEP shop drawings.
• Provide clarifications, technical inputs for the Contractor queries and requests.
• Analysis and review to resolve technical issues, and change orders raised by the Contractor.
• Representing the company in progress and technical meetings and attending all building services meetings during project handover.
• Witnessing the testing and commissioning of the mechanical equipment.
• Carry out value engineering work.
• Support and manage a team of engineers and Assistant Engineers.
• Coordination with all disciplines team members.
Program The King Abdullah Program KAP 5 for the development of the Security Facilities of the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (368 Project‐88 Prototypes, 2.52 billion dollars).
Program Sectors: Civil Affairs and Passports, Public security, Facilities security force, Drugs Control Department, Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution, King Fahed security college, Civil Defense, General investigations and administrative investigations), Data Center, Main Entrance Gate, Underground Potable and Fire Water Tanks, Potable and Fire Water Pump Rooms, Deep Water Wells, Fuel Supply Systems Car Parks, INFRASTRUCTURE networks (Sewage, Potable Water, Firefighting, Stormwater and Irrigation), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Sewage Lift stations, and Housing and largescale dormitories sites including playground, schools, restaurants, gymnasium, officers and family housing.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all technical designs and specifications from contractors are reviewed and in alignment with the clients specific requirements & contract document for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.

• Representing the company at site progress and technical meetings, attending all building services
• meetings during the closing out of the project.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all documents and drawings.
• Material delivery to projects.
• Taking immediate actions for emergency and urgent maintenance repairs.
• Test and maintenance of various systems equipment (MEP, Medical, Cooking...etc.).
• Provide repair and maintenance forvarious buildings works (walls, ceilings, windows, doors, glass, false ceilings, buildings insulation, buildings paint, tiles ...etc.).
