Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Member of the support team on School Information System - SIS, in charge on the reports generation and modules customization, bugs fixing and implementing new requirements on SIS v4.0
• Data conversion
• Creating Forms and Modules
• Install Microsoft dynamics Navision and other stock& accounting systems on servers and users pc's and provide training on them.
• Maintain the software and solve errors immediately.
• Maintain and ensure connections between users and servers.
• Maintain data replication between branches and the main server.
• Recover lost data incase.
• Obtain critical reports needed by the group administration.
• Put users rights on the software according to users role.
• Analyze and discuss work needs and coordinate with software supplier to improve the system.
