I managed and executed:
• A full renovation for a 2-story villa in citywalk, Dubai. We converted this villa into 7 apartments that can be subleased as Airbnb and holiday home. All flats are designed as 1 BHK with outdoor common pool.
• A London crown hotel conversion from 3 stars to 4 stars as per DTCM in Burjuman. Scope of work includes execution of new swimming pool, spa and saloon along full renovation for 56 guest rooms and common areas like lobby, reception, security room…etc.
• A new branch for "Arabian Tea House" restaurant at Mall of Emirates, "zeman awal" section, from concept design to execution and fitout until completion phase, in collaboration with Majid al Futtaim engineering team.
• An extension for the Arabian tea house existing branch at Jumeirah archaeological site: 100m2 majlis along a 65m2 kitchen made of steel structure with GRC columns and arches cladding to keep up traditional and heritage theme to match the museum.
• A Fish restaurant ( Santorini design) at Al Hira Beach, Sharjah in coordination with SHUROOQ to get approval on concept design, fitout work and MEP drawings.
• A boutique hotel concept at Al Shindagha global heritage village that includes 10 rooms centered by a traditional seating area with a water fountain and leaves, as well as a fish restaurant along an outdoor seating area facing the canal.

• I prepared quotations for new projects; extended existing projects; and renovated existing projects.
• I scheduled the project’s scope of work in logical steps to meet time and budget deadlines.
• I supervised construction sites, including civil work, MEP, and fitout.
• I checked labor requirements (in-house or freelance) and dispatched workers to construction sites.
• I revised sub-contractors’ contracts and negotiated quotations, scope of work, and terms and conditions to get the best offer for my company.
• I obtained all the necessary permits and licenses from DEWA, DCD, SEWA, SEERA, etc.
• I followed up with the procurement department for material requisitions and material comparison sheets to supply appropriate materials to complete construction projects.
• I conferred with the clients, sub-contractors, and our design team to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• I investigated damage, accidents, and delays at construction sites to ensure that proper procedures were being carried out, always taking safety into consideration first.

• Method statement preparation and mark up P&ID for pre-commissioning activities.
• Oil flushing, air and steam blowing, leak test, chemical cleaning, nitrogen purging, motor solo-run/bump
test, final alignment for pumps and compressors.
• Compressors and pumps start-up/shutdown.
• area coordinator, follow all activities for different disciplines
• Preservation for mechanical equipment static and rotating.
• follow up/close all punch items to get project mechanical completion certificate PMCC.
• Attended meetings to discuss projects with clients, contractors, and other engineers.

• Work Permit Management for Safe working. Allocating Manpower, Materials & Equipment as per
schedule. Submit weekly report for management.
• Supervision of piping fabrication shop, site erection, Hydro-testing & commissioning of chemical lines.
• Interface with other disciplines to ensure proper coordination and continuity of activities.
• Initiating and reviewing change requests such as Field Change Notices, Field Change Requests, Non-
conformance reports, Conditioned Reports, and other technical documentation
• Performing field walk-downs and inspections to review work for conformance with design requirements,
applicable codes/standards and project procedures
• Achieve successful completion of assigned work responsibilities on time, within budget, schedules, and contract requirements.
