• Participate in the planning and initiation of new developments to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage the design process, and lead the design efforts to achieve client requirements in cost effective way.
• Develops and manages budgets consistent with timeline requirements for medium to large-scale development. Develops scope of work consistent with operation needs and budget allowances. Oversees scheduling, bid negotiations and consultant relationships.
• Manages and monitors project schedules within budget guidelines, progress and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and effectively. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates and manages all issues and risks affecting the project. Communicates project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time.
• Oversees bidding process and contract negotiations. Ensures company's contract policies are followed.
• Manages the construction phase of the development process. Monitors general contractor and vendor performance during construction build-out phase. Maintains established construction schedules to allow completion on time. Oversees ordering and tracking of materials and equipment. Visits job regularly to perform due diligence and monitor quality. Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues.
• Manages the permitting and approval phase of the development process and ensures all proper approvals have been received prior to initiate possession or construction phase.
• Oversees and maintains relationships with external professionals and consultants. Oversees contractor and vendor performance during construction phase through site visits and report review.
• Manages the closeout process of the project, and ensure a proper handover of the development to the end user, Operations, Tenants, operators, …
• Define the scope of the project/development in collaboration with executive management.
• Manage all project phases from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, Construction management, project closeout and handing over to end user.
• Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization. Supports development efforts by working closely with other departments to determine more effective processes and tools.
• Supports Store Development and Operations goals by participating and contributing in planning and strategy meetings for the market. Plans and manages construction processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
• Works with other departments to improve processes and tools in support of capital renovations, capital initiative execution, and maintenance of existing units.
• Administrate the entire process of tenant design and fit-out on site.
The technical leader of the project, in all Stages: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Drawings.
• Responsible for the quality control of the design/analysis function and discipline.
• Provides leadership to other members of the technical team.

Project manager appointed from National Building Systems on Zakat House Project, responsible for all aluminum and metal works on site, coordinating with the main contractor, for all technical aspects and delivering all the scope of work within time, budget, and as per the approved specification and details.
To deliver all the allocated project with the highest standards, ensuring the quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to all applicable codes. Site supervision to ensure that all the constructions are completed as per the approved design, specifications, and contract.
