Recruited to establish & organize stand-alone office in Middle of Delta executing Department at Elgharbia Governorate. The office handled all administrative & technical issues for underground telephone network projects which present new lines to Middle of Delta Sector.
1.Provide assistance in both planning & bid proposals for the exchanges in Elgharbia Governorate.
2.Provide the engineering for the construction drawings illustrated the kind of work.
3.Supervising the installation of all aspects of outside plant for the local networks as (Cable placing, splices, electrical tests, transfer working lines to new feeder cables & cutover sequence plan).
4.Inspect all the aspects of the Outside Plant then prepare the invoices of the works done for the contractors.
5.Provide assistance in preparing and reviewing both Red line & As-built Drawings which used in both O&M and future panning if need.
6.Making necessary reviews to generate contracting balance of the project for closing stage.
Recruited to handle the required management to a establish security project (Sonar System) at King Abdullah University for science and technology in Thuwal - Jeddah which required for protect university against underwater enemies and this project under complete supervision from (SA) Saudi Aramco.
1.Reviewing Contract Scope of Work (SoW) needed to do the work.
2.Preparing administration issues for site office preparation and collecting team work.
3.Conducting required site survey in order to confirm SOW with the client.
4.Start the Design and Engineering phase in order to determine well the BoQ.
5.Start Placing Purchase Orders for Long Lead Materials and preparing subcontracting works.
6.After Design & Engineering Approval and the delivery of Materials, start construction works according to SoW and agreed SA standard.
7.Making sure that the construction works going according to the required SoW and agreed SA standard by making regular inspection with both owner (KAUST) and its consultant (SA) and held meetings if needed to close all opened issues.
8.Presenting invoices according to the working advance and scheduled milestone using signed inspection papers.
9.Preparing all Project documents to be agreed and signed from both KAUST & SA for project closing stage.
Recruited to assist on studying and analyzing all projects brought by marketing department especially OSP systems included within these Projects, as following.
1.Doing clear determination to the Scope of Work needed to do the work.
2.Studying well the whole received DWG's to Check the required quantities needed according to the specifications of the client.
3.Establish contacting the vendors and suppliers using the FSD and drawings, if exist.
4.Studying the vendors Proposals comparing with Specifications of the client.
5.Preparing whole package needed for OSP system and give it to the whole project Bid Manager.
6.Provide assisting within Project finalization stage or Integration stage by collecting all systems Documentations into one file and preparing the selling price of the project according to the actual cost price.
7.Provide assistance within Execution phase by preparing all the CR (change requests) if needed in case of winning the project.
Recruited to establish and organize OSP works for SRO project (Signaling and Telecommunication project) which allow signals for two railway lines work electronically (one line 450km for passenger & the other 550km for fright line).
1.Provide the engineering for the construction drawings illustrated the kind of work.
2.Supervised the installation of all aspects of outside plant for the local networks as (MH's, Under Tracks Crossings, Open Trenches, Cable placing, splices, electrical tests, Cable Termination, install of aspects Signals).
3.Inspect all the aspects of the Outside Plant then prepare the invoices of the works done for the subcontractors.

-Recruited to monitor, administrate and maintain local switch (O&M SubOffice) by Linux.
-Provide assistance in the H.W installation for the local switch which:
1-install and test the RF antenna (DTM) for the cabinets.
2-install and test the CBS’s on the tower.
- Provide assistance in the transit switch (O&M Office) work which
1-Install the management computers in the rack.
2-Manage the installation of the E1’s B/W tandem TE & transit switch.
3-Monitoring & maintain the packet switch.
Recruited to establish & organize stand-alone offices in Alexandria & Cairo. The offices handled all administrative & technical issues for USAID underground telephone network projects. The projects were a 70 million dollar USAID contract bringing over 100, 000 new lines.
1.Provide assistance in both planning & bid proposals for three exchanges in Alexandria (Auto - Carmouz - Ibrahimia) & four in Cairo (Nozha II - Heliopolis - Zamalek - Bab El Louk).
2.Provide the engineering for about 1200 construction drawings.
3.Supervised the installation of all aspects of outside plant for the aforementioned seven exchanges. (Cable placing, splices, electrical tests, transfer working lines to new feeder cables & cutover sequence plan).
To maintain an office equipment “facsimile”.
1.Prepare seminars explaining to customers how to deal with the device inside the Co. or out.
2.Repair the electronic cards of the facsimile, replace the fault cards by new ones & reprogram the device.
