• Corporate Governance Strategy:

- Develop preventive plans for risks in cooperation with the concerned departments.
- Develop plans to reduce risk spread in collaboration with concerned departments.
- Develop corrective plans to manage risks in collaboration with concerned departments.
- Prepare monthly states report about the actions taken in Risk Management.
• BCM:
- Business impact analysis in cooperation with the departments.
- Develop resilience plans for BCM in cooperation with the departments.
- Follow-up reports of exercises and Scenarios for BCM in cooperation with the departments.
- Prepare monthly states report about the actions taken in BCM.
