Duties:

PROJECT: Jabal Omar TOWERS (Phase 3) - VALUE 3.7 BILLION SAR
I work as a Project Engineer and I am responsible for all finishing execution from Block work, Plastering, tiling work, Painting, waterproofing, Clading, ...
Duties:
- Writing reports
- Providing technical advice and solving problems
- Requesting material for construction
- Ensuring quality of work
- Ensuring site safety
- Making sure execution on site meets planned schedule deadlines
- Liaising with client, subcontractor, consultant, procurement, QA/QC, planning department, MEP, safety, surveyor and other professional staff
- Checking designs and drawings, and making sure they are executed correctly
- Managing, directing and monitoring progress of the project
- Managing the manpower

PROJECT: LAMAR TOWERS - VALUE SAR 2.1 BILLION
The project consists of a pair of skyscrapers, a podium and two basement levels. Tower 1 is made up of 71 floors and reaches an elevation of 321.46 m. While Tower 2 is made up of 63 floors and reaches an elevation of 292.66 m.
I work as a Project Engineer and I am responsible for all structural execution from formwork, steel work to concrete work for core walls, shear walls, slabs, beams, columns and stair cases. Block work and plastering are also a part of my job.

Duties:

- Ensuring quality of work
- Ensuring site safety
- Making sure execution on site meets planned schedule deadlines
- Liaising with client, subcontractor, consultant, procurement, QA/QC, planning department, MEP, safety, surveyor and other professional staff
- Checking designs and drawings, and making sure they are executed correctly
- Managing, directing and monitoring progress of the project
- Managing the manpower
- Preparing and checking bar bending schedules
- Stopping leakages
- Working with DOKA formwork systems

Project involved in:
• Villa at Beit Misk : Private residence at Beit Misk, that consisted of five floors. My duties were specified as construction management and to direct and manage all the working trades and the labors; as well all paper works (Interim Payment; Variation order; submit Materials; inspection; check structural, mechanical and electrical drawings;….)
• Two residential building at Beit Misk : Two building that consisted each building in 2 basements and 4 floor as well pitched roof (area of each floor = 400 m²). My duties were specified as construction management and to direct and manage all the working trades and the labors; as well all paper works (Interim Payment; Variation order; submit Materials; inspection; check structural, mechanical and electrical drawings;….)

Project involved in:
1- Kfarchima High School: 8000m2 educational project that consists of two major blocks for classes, one amphitheater, one convent and one church. My duties were specified as the client representative, site supervision and multi task coordination between structural, architectural and electromechanical engineers. It also included reporting on daily and monthly bases to the client through documented reports.
2- Private Palace in Saghbeen: 20000m2 private residence in saghbeen, that consisted of three floors private palace, annex house for the guests, church, landscape areas and outdoor reception zone. My duties were specified as construction management on which I was responsible entirely of preserving the client’s best interest and to direct and manage all the working trades and the labors.
3- Private Palace in Saghbeen: supervising and management the reinforcement of the palace’s main structure, after re-studying the loads and strength of the project upon several mistakes were made by the original contractor prior to our existence on site.

Projects involved in:
1- Blom Bank Broumana: raw materials preparations and comparison sheets of the project, supervising and controlling the submitted specifications and BOQ from the contractor, excavation and piling of the site.
2- Private Residence: 1200m2 apartment located in Rawcheh, My duties were specified as construction management on which I was responsible entirely of preserving the client’s best interest and to direct and manage all the finishing works and the labors.
