Supervision of civil works implementation at the site Qiddiya, Riyadh, KSA
- Providing engineering assistance for technical challenges.
- Reviewing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and reporting to stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, quality, KPIs, and safety.
- Manage civil engineering consulting support services in the NWC-HQ.
- Planning future projects for the Green Western Coast initiative to reuse treated waste water, beneficial reusing.
- Reviewing feasibility studies for new projects before tendering and ensuring that project scops are accurate and that modifications can be made.
- Create an execution plan for the project's implementation by reviewing the contracts and, design relating to the NWC specifications and selecting the best option.
- Providing engineering assist for technical challenges at NWC Projects and propose the finest solutions for subject matter.
- Incorporate modern technologies Using MS Teams, into the study and evaluation of materials approvals documents between supply chain and technical services.
- Develop a plan for 5 years portfolio of new projects to be tendered under design agreement.
- Study\ provide tech. feedback about variation orders.
- Developing and updating the standard specifications and, the standard BOQ.
- Participate in relevant meeting.
- Provide advices during construction .
- Reviewing and auditing for Costs estimation analysis, Material approving and value engineering.
- Ensuring that the suppliers on the NWC list adhere to specifications and the standard BOQ through periodic technical manufacturers evaluation.
Responsible For :-
- Representation of the supervisory authority at the sites.
- Supervision of All stages of Implementation Infrastructure Civil Works in the site, Including Its Utility Networks (Potable water, Sewerage, Irrigation, Fire hydrants, and Storm water Network Systems).
- Reviewing and Approve Designs Drawing, Materials, Client Invoices, Permission Requests,
Justifications of Time Extension of the project.
- Checking daily reports submitted by the contractor to ensure the required manpower, equipment, and materials are available in order to achieve the project schedule.
- Managing the contractual work change requests and variations to contract from inception to approval, including reviews of scopes and specifications and legal and cost evaluation.
- Procedure Field and Lab Tests at all stages to ensure the quality of implementation.
- Assisting on the Basic Project Plan and its updates.
- Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and reporting to stake holders.
- Prepare the monthly supervisory consultancy office's regular invoices.
- Setting up end-user meetings to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled (final inspection, as-built, attic stock, O&M, warranties, civil defense approval, certificates, and ease of maintenance).
- Interacting with the design consultant ensuring that any modifications or issues are handled in a suitable manner.
- Developing and maintaining constructive, cooperative working quality relationships with the client and other parties to ensure the project’s success.
Responsible for :-
- Preparing Client, and Subcontractors Invoices.
- Reviewing tender documents and project specifications.
- Quantity surveying.
- Shop drawings.
- Project schedule monitoring and control.
- Following up, tracking progress in the project.
- Prepared weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external review and reporting to stakeholders.
- Issuing Purchases orders.
- Handing over Implementation civil works step-by-step for infra/ superstructure, consisting of
buildings, concrete works, and wet utilities network systems, to the Supervision authorities.
- Working on the manpower, equipment, and material requirements in order to achieve the project deadline.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Progress measurement, Cost Control, Reporting.
- Managing of Resources.
- Cost Analysis of labor activities and Sub contractor prices.
- Tracking Resource Levelling.
