• Access subscriber's account for further identification and instant support.
Assist subscribers in resolving the problem.
Demonstrate on the phone activation/deactivation of the features and services requested by the customer.
Provide pricing information to subscriber check his/her billing screen and answer questions related to invoices and payments.
• Meet with clients to obtain information for loan applications and to explain the company loan plans and policies.
• Evaluate financial abilities for possible clients to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Calculate accrued interest on loans and the expected return.
• Make sure that loan applications are fully completed and all documents are legal before submitting them to the supervisor.
• Recommend to operation manager the possible clients in order to assure the acceptance and granting the loan.
• Review and update credit and loan portfolio.
• Follow up with delinquent clients on an ongoing basis until collecting all the receivables.
• Assist customers in making their orders.
• Assure customer satisfaction on the phone or via face to face communication.
• Assist employees in their duties and fix any technical issue they face.
• Report to the general manager.
• Prepare payroll and compensation to employees.
• Responsible for secretary work and customer service.
• General accounting and prepare budget to be submitted to the Lebanese ministry of finance.
