WEB Development:
o Configuring, designing, and updating the school’s website and its contents using Joomla (tis.edu.sa) and school’s e-learning using Moodle (elearning.tis.edu.sa).
Administration:
o Administering and troubleshooting Active Directory in Windows Server 2008 (users, computers, groups, group policies, permissions, and shared folders).
o Managing computers via AVG Enterprise (Remote shutdown, Remote updating antivirus, distributing computers into groups, tracking computers’ description and status, Executing and analysing AVG reports).
o Administering Office365 for emails (creating/deleting/modifying users, bulk importing/exporting users, resetting users’ passwords, arranging users to distribution and security groups according to their roles).
o Sending bulk emails to students/parents/staff using Mail Merge Toolkit and Microsoft Outlook.
o Configuring and installing firewall Fortinet Fortigate 200D.
IT Support:
o Maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing school’s network and non-network equipment (UTP Cables, Faceplates, Switches, Workstations, IP Cameras, Servers, IP Printers, Projectors, Access Points, Smart UPS and Smart Boards).
o Arranging computer labs and classrooms computes and preparing/checking for events (school’s exam, IG exams) (installing required software, image formatting, upgrading windows, adding to domain, solving networking issues).
IT Helpdesk:
o Supporting staff in case of technical requests and managing their requests using IT helpdesk system.
o Managing school’s assets in IT helpdesk system.
o Remote Controlling end users for software issues.
o Supporting students and parents regarding technical issues via email (it_helpdesk@tis.edu.sa) and/or telephone (solutions for website issues, Office 365 email, and updating their records).
o Configuring - Manage Engine Service Desk Plus - Helpdesk system (configuring - CIs, CMDB, Changes, Problems, and Tasks - arranging users and assets into groups and categories based on departments and location, creating relationships and work flows, performing basic queries on the system’s database using MySQL).
