Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Administration Manager Job Description. An Administration Managers role is to oversee the administrative operations of a business. They are in charge of the departments day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Increasing client base. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. Writing business proposals.
Foster effective inter-departmental communication, collaborating with departments such as Finance, HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing Team, IT, Procurement, Facility Management Team, Aftersales Dept, etc.
Coordinate with department in-charges to finalize employees' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual TPMS exercise.
Handle employees' disciplinary-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, analyzing data for the service department and providing insights to management.
