Receiving Manager Resposiblities
• Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and transfers operations by initiating,
coordinating,
• and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
. Receving import and raising Claim
.Making sure working area is clean and safe
.Making sure all safety and quality rules followed in receving cage
Checking all documentation done for in and out
Maintaining warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees
• Maintaining warehouse according department and Allergic rules
. Making sure all iem received is properl barcode
• Checking re-order level and ordering
• Replenishment of stock
• Maintaining FIFO method in warehouse
• overseeing the efficient receipt and storage of a range of goods.
• Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process.
• Managing people, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are
received appropriately and productivity targets are met.
• Validating import GRV with Landed cost of market and grocery section
• Ensuring all hygiene documents are updated properly
• Providing direction and guidance to staff in their assigned job duties
• Following and enforcing store policies, security measures and customer
service standards
• Evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback
• Managing product storage and rotation activities to reduce wastage
• Ensuring that store shelves are maintained and clean and organized
• Ensuring that all product is properly tagged and labeled
• Ensuring hygiene of store and staff is good condition
• Ensuring all hygiene documents are updated properly

Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.
• Managing up to 3 members of staff.
• Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and
• Procedures are met and complied with.
• The use and manipulation of attractive sales displays and retail floor plans to
engage customers and boost sales activity.
