In my most recent role, I direct all aspects of regional employee relations, government affairs, payroll, talent management, C&B, talent development, and HRIS with a total of 73 HR professionals.
Moreover, I oversee HR functions, including providing leadership, encouraging teamwork, and collaboration related work processes to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in performance and contribution.
Additionally, I render exceptional HR services and information to leaders, managers, staff, and clients in a cost-effective manner across Asia and Europe region. I also ensure two-way communication between division and group HR on strategy, changes, developments, and feedback.
I act as a core advisor to GCHRO, Chairman and executive management team on critical organisational and management strategy. I establish a culture of transparency, diversity equity, inclusion, and personal growth based on HR initiatives. I develop competencies framework and ensure the successful implementation of SAP SF.

• Enhanced workforce experience through Qualtrics XM including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, L&D, performance, and employee exit.
• Partnered with employee business partner, seniors' management, and C levels in the region.
• Steered HR transformation and promoted culture change along with digitisation for all the processes and HR decisions.
• Structured HR department with necessary capabilities and correct scale to assist company while staying cost efficient.
• Promoted a high-performance culture where people are constantly challenged to do better while also being evaluated properly so that pay is linked appropriately to the value they provide to the company.
