Conducted several site surveys to the Client sites in which the immigration system was planned to be implemented.
Implemented and Managed the infrastructure behind the immigration system that I was working on.
Communicated with the client about the technical requirements of the system that I (with my team) was implementing,
and ensured that all requirements were met for our system to work properly.
Liaised with several Hardware (GBM) and security Vendors (Advance Vision) that IDEMIA was working with in order to complete the implementation of the Systems
Maintained running the immigration systems after the implementation was done by:
*Administering the system
*Monitoring the system
*Documenting all aspects of implementation (From running the server, to the application support)
*Reporting any application errors, generating feedback report and sending to Developers through JIRA task management system.
As an IT Administrator and Infrastructure owner, I was responsible for running all the Company's cloud servers, as it provided different web applications as SAAS. I was responsible for development, maintenance, monitoring, backup & restore, deployments, deployment automation, of the applications that the company provided. Infosysta was also an Atlassian partner in the Middle East and MENA region. I was also responsible for maintaining, deploying Atlassian Applications, such as JIRA, JIRA Setvice Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.. etc
Bachelor's in ICT, allowed me to learn about a lot of Technologies. Mainly were, development languages (C, C++, Java, Bash), Linux Systems (Debian, RHEL), Networking Systems (Cisco). Web Security, and Web Applications.
