“CARMA”, a company that employs more than a hundred workers and with a significant presence in the Middle East and North Africa region through its branches. In addition to being the support team lead, I’m responsible of managing the technical environment, which comprises of: Sophos Firewall, Juniper Firewall, Cisco 3500 switches, Cisco/AVAYA VOIP, physical servers HP DL 180 G9, VSphere 5.5, 8 servers 2012 R2, Site to site VPNs, 3 internet lines and Office 365.
- Responds to users' inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software and operator problems.
- Provide support in resolving network problems (WAN) either directly on site or via telephone.

- Installing and configuring firewall rules (Cisco, JUNIPER).

- Install & maintain SQL databases.
- Make sure replication between SQL Databases has no errors.
