Familiarity with organic farming basics according to CCPB.
• Managing farm duties to sustain the targeted farm production.

• Application of preventative and curative methods for pest management.
Support implementation of infrastructure improvement in the field provides technical supervision and capacity building to operators, farmers, and BWE technicians.
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and managers at BWE, local authorities (municipalities), and committees/ water users’ associations where relevant.
• Positioning the BWE as a knowledge holder, technical advisor, and focal point for cooperation around water for agriculture in the target area.
• Represent the focal point of the Bekaa Water Establishment in the project of Al Assi river basin management funded by the European Union.
• Maintained soil health through proper fertilization and irrigation techniques.
