Unit Head Quality Control (UH-QC)
•Prepare Technical Work Instructions.

•Implement policies, established procedures and expedite workflow.
•Manage design teams, programs or functions, develop goals and objectives and ensure that staff has an appropriate project understanding.
•Prepare budget requests and administer adopted budget in assigned areas of responsibility.
•Determine appropriate codes, regulations and requirements for projects assigned to staff.
•Represent design team in meetings with consultant engineers, third party agencies, construction project engineers, professional and technical groups and sub contractors regarding project activities.
•Interview prospective employees and make recommendations to management to hire and teach team members.
•Take leadership of and provide direction to design team and manage and ensure resolution of problems.
Project Quality Control Manager (PQCM)
•Supervise and manage all Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) functions in the workplace and manage a team of Senior QC Engineers, QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors and QC Inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions.
•Responsible for the preparation and getting client approval of Project Quality Plan, ITP’s, Technical Work Instructions in accordance with contract specifications and company quality control system requirements.
•Interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
•Monitor the project activities for the implementation of the customer and company quality control system requirements and advise the project manager in case of any violation.
•Act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external audits and to conduct internal and operation audits.
•Plan and undertake Subcontractor audits and reviews of Subcontractor quality control programs.
•Responsible for compiling Inspection records and other Qualiy control documents and preparation of final document dossier for final client submission.
•Co-ordinate non conformance identification, disposition and corrective action follow up.

Laying of sub-sea 8" gas lift pipe line.
• Carrying out all inspection activities like inspection of boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and reporting for the same as per the ASME Latest Edition
• Carrying out all inspection activities for pipelines and evaluation of thickness survey for pipelines according to ASME Latest Edition. and in accordance with piping code requirements (API 570).
• Witnessing hydrostatic pressure test for boilers, piping and heaters as well as heat exchangers.
• Following Welding Procedures Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records (for ferrous and nonferrous metals) and Welders Performance Qualifications according to ASME sec. II part A, B and C and ASME sec. IX Latest Edition.
• Conducting and Interpretation of Dye-Penetrant Test and Magnetic Particle Test according to ASME sec. V Latest Edition.
Additional Duties Assigned as Lab Specialist (Metallurgy & Corrosion)
• Monitoring the cathodic protection systems of pipelines, piles, belt conveyer, and storage tanks.
• Evaluation and Control of internal corrosion rate in steel pipelines and piping systems by using electric resistance probes technique and issuing the reports according to applicable NACE Standards.
• As a Metallurgist conducting laboratory, Metallurgical investigation, Hardness test and Mechanical tests required to conducting on failure analysis and root cause analysis as well as conducting the replica tests on site on the boilers and super heaters tubes as well as steam lines.
My duties were carrying out the inspection activities for distillation and reforming plants equipment such as columns, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boilers, reactors, valves, storage tanks, piping and pipelines, etc.during normal operations and shut downs as per the International Standards and Specifications.
Preparing inspection reports and record for equipment performances.
As a member of failure analysis group, have conducted laboratory and Metallurgical investigation tests required to conclude on failure analysis as well as conducted the replica tests on site on the boilers and super heaters tubes and on steam lines.
Witnessing hydrostatic pressure test for boilers, piping and heaters as well as heat exchangers.
Following Welding Procedures Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records (for ferrous and nonferrous metals) and Welders Performance Qualifications according to ASME sec. II part A, B and C and ASME sec. IX.
Evaluation of thickness survey for pipelines and pressure vessels according to ASME B31.3.
Conducting and Interpretation of Dye-Penetrant Test and Magnetic Particle Test according to ASME sec.V.
