SCAW - Surface and Civil Alignment Works is approximately 10.6km of alignment up to the underside of
track formation from Orchard Hills to the WSI airport. This includes approximately is 3.6km of viaduct, 210m of bridges (over the proposed M12 Motorway and over the drainage swale on the WSI airport site), 6.9km of at-grade alignment and Temporary access roads.

Responsible for overall Design delivery, Management of Design Consultants Commercials, Ensure safety assurance outcomes are implemented in the design, Manage Design Working Groups on Discipline Topics, Managing the design consultant and team to ensure project will be successfully delivered on time and on budget in-conjunction with the SEM to a high-quality standard, Agrees variances with Specifications with the client, Manages integration across design other disciplines, Scope change management and process for approval with consultants, Undertake Design Risk Management. Review and manage Engineering Perfor-mance outcomes of the Consultants, Manage and track Design Scope Growth for design packages against the tender Design. Managing and supporting CPS to achieve a final completion as per the project require-ment.

Parramatta - (SaMF)

Responsible for managing the overall design delivery, project completion,
interfacing with the client and stakeholders. Managing the design consultant and
team to ensure project will be successfully delivered on time and on budget in
conjunction with the Project Manager to a high-quality standard. Managing
submission of final documentation including AFC, As-built drawings, assurance
documents, authority approvals, warranties and guarantees. Managing the design
process and design changes as per TfNSW standards. Reviewing all design
deliverables for completeness and constructability.

Managed the project against scope, quality, safety, time and cost baselines.
Enforced implementation of safety requirements. Planned and tracked project
milestones and deliverables. Supervised all project activities and ensured
compliance with all plans and specifications. Evaluated subcontractor claims
