1. Handling the printing process for both special and regular issues and making sure that
all printing specifications are fulfilled according to our internal specifications as well
as the printing house specifications.
1. Assist in testing and maintaining new strategic tools to support the production unit to better
achieve their targets in terms of quality and quantity.
2. Fixing all detected technical errors to facilitate the workflow of the production process.
3. Reporting the unusual errors to the Document Engineering team.
4. Liaison between production department and information technology department.
5. Analyze production unit processes and trends and advise on best practices and technology
tools to enhance the production process.
6. Ensure all aspects of new developed tools meet the needs of the production end users.
7. Monitor software tools after initial release and troubleshoot development problems to figure
solutions and resolve them if possible.
8. Perform test cases for newly developed software for debugging.
