- Monitoring and follow up of Vendors material delivery on site in line with the
Contractual specification and execution schedules of the projects
- Coordinate with all involved departments (site management, Engineering,
Procurement, accounting, cost control) to ensure smooth execution and timely
completion of projects and a healthier relationship with the suppliers and vendors
- Lead the expediting team for timely and accurate precise orders follow up and distribute fairly the tasks between the team.
- Coordinate with the site management and procurement department to push the order of the urgent requested material.
- Follow up on the timely issuance and signature of purchase orders
- Interfere in the quotations final negotiation to achieve the targeted price /delivery
schedule and finalizing the commercial term in coherence with the company
commercial policy.
- Weekly follow up and analysis on supplier and sub-supplier progress reports and performance.

smooth interaction and release the suppliers dues or deduction if any.

based on the contract incoterms or based on the urgency.
