-Managing the human resources functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, employees engagement and retention plans, total rewards and benefits aligned to company strategy and goals.
-Acts as a resource to management personnel in the areas of job design, organizational structures and work load distribution.
-Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
-Advising the manager and other employees on employment law, policies and procedures.
-Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
-Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions with staff and representatives.
-Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
-Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
-Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
-Being actively involved in recruitment of OUDMILANO team in Lebanon by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, orientation and on-boarding process.
-Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
-Oversee current employee satisfaction and productivity, ensuring that the workplace is always running efficiently.
-Maintain employee records according to policy.
-Ensuring a company’s HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment and remain cost-effective as well.
-Has responsibility for maintaining and further developing financial record keeping and reporting systems, and for assisting with the maintenance of administrative systems.
-Prepare financial year end schedules, including debtors and creditors, and ensure all accounting requirements, up to and including trial balance, are complete.
-Liaise and assist with external auditor in respect of annual financial statements and related matters.
-Process, maintain and reconcile required records including salary packaging records in accordance with Lebanese Tax System and NSSF
