•Responsible on implementation and maintaining Food Safety Management Systems “HACCP, ISO 22002, AIBI (American Institute Of Baking International)”.
•Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Auditing & Inspections of all premises, facilities, warehouses and production zones to ensure that hygienic requirements are followed.
•Perform special trainings concerning food safety requirements and cleaning procedures for regular and daily employees.
•Instructor of visitors coming from all universities & schools in Lebanon, taking them to a complete tour in the factory.
