•Automated People Mover (APM) Tunnel & APM Depot Maintenance stations (including fresh air ventilation like jet fans, smoke control and railway cooling system consisting of Air Handling Units and return air fans)
•Node buildings serving Airplanes services such as:
•PCA Units including glycol and chilled water cooling pipes
•Vacuum pipes
•Fuel pipes
•Plant rooms for glycol pipes composed of 6 chillers
•Plant rooms for Vacuum with its pumps and valves
•Air Traffic Control Tower (highest control tower worldwide 137 meter height) composed of 22 floors including 2 chillers with 1255 KW capacity each with its pumps and 25 AHU’s.
•Main rescue & firefighting Building.

My main role as a QA/QC Senior Engineer is to check all mechanical method of statements & ITP’s (inspection & testing plans) and the materials submitted by subcontractors as per project specifications and international codes & standards like SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, etc.
Following up all inspections on site and preparing and revising daily reports, site instructions and Non-Conformance reports (NCR’s) in case of any violation in workmanships or documents.
Resolve all NCR’s and Site Instructions submitted by the consultant in a timely manner.
Representing the Mechanical Department in all meetings including work progress, planning, testing and commissioning meetings and provide recommendations.
