o Using problem solving tools e.g. 5 whys, GSTD, DMIAC (white belt project) & OPL to improve the team skills and secure the plant operation.
o Managing SAM (Stoppages analysis module), MOMO (management of manufacturing operations) & MPCS (maintenance planning control system).
o AutoCAD Draft Engineer. 2D & 3D, Factory layout, Process Diagram, Single line diagram & Air Diagram.
o Deep knowledge on 5S, GMP (Good Manufacturing practices), GHP(Good Hygiene practices)
o Deep knowledge in HACCAP policy, procedure & HACCAP production line study.
o Deep knowledge in FTQ (First Time Right), QMS (Quality Monitoring System) & Final Release process.
